By engaging Gold Coast Handyman Services LLC for any service, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Gold Coast Handyman Services LLC provides handyman repair, installation, and improvement services in South Palm Beach County, Florida. All services are subject to a written or verbal agreement on scope and price before work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeat no-shows may result in a scheduling deposit requirement for future bookings.

Warranty

We warranty our labor for 30 days from the date of service. Materials purchased by the client are subject to their manufacturer’s warranty. We are not responsible for defects in customer-supplied materials.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
